United States Love of Hot Dogs: Regional Tastes and Recipes


Meat manufacturers included the own twist of theirs and today, we’ve even, chicken, beef, and pork tofu dogs.

4 big potatoes (with skins)
1/2 pound all-beef hot dogs
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or more)
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons Wondra flour
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
2 cups milk

Clean slice and potatoes thinly.

Repeat these levels once more. Stir in flour, salt and mustard. Slowly add milk, stirring continuously, and cook over moderate heat until sauce thickens.
